By using my services, you agree to the following:

Services
I provide virtual assistant services such as admin support, data management, project coordination, and client communication. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement.

Payment
Invoices are due within the stated timeframe (usually 14 days). Payment accepted via bank transfer or PayPal.

Cancellation & Refunds
Please provide written notice for cancellations. Refunds for prepaid work depend on how much has already been completed.

Confidentiality
All client information is confidential and will not be shared without consent.

Liability
I strive to provide accurate and timely services but cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential losses. Clients are responsible for verifying information and compliance.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
